Harvard takes first at Puerto Rico Trial Advocacy Competition

Harvard Law School won the Puerto Rico Trial Advocacy Competition, held October 29-30 in San Juan. Georgetown University Law School was the runner up. St. John's University School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law were the third and fourth place teams. Ten squads competed at the tournament, which is hosted by the Inter American University School of Law.

Ieshaah Murphy of Harvard claimed the Best Advocate Award, while Georgetown's Elisabeth Sperle and Bryan Kennedy won Best Cross and Best Closing, respectively.
